"Being in our 50's, 60's, and 70's is a unique time of passage in which we are neither 'young' nor elder.  It is a time "between" in which we hone ourselves into a finer work of art, using the colors of our previous experiences and the inspiration of our growing awareness of the inter- and intra-connectedness of all life."

  Duke University trained Integrative Health Coach. She holds an interdisciplinary  PhD in Medical Sociology (Integrative Health) from the University of CA, San Francisco Medical Center, is a registered yoga therapist, and was previously a medical ethicist at Stanford University, a health consultant to national foundations, and an Instructor in women and health issues at the University of Colorado. Robin directs 40plus Fitness and Health, LLC in Boulder, CO, which targets the specific health needs of individuals 40 and over. Her specialties are integrative health coaching, biomechanical and gait analyses, physical rehabilitation, yoga therapeutics, and craniosacral therapy. She is a committed swimmer, runner, and yoga practitioner. Her mission is to take the best of neuroscience, physiology, anatomy, and movement and offer it to those over 45 as a means to be healthy, fit, and fulfilled.Duke University trained Integrative Health Coach. She completed her Post-Graduate Certificate in Holistic Science at Schumacher College, England in 2014.  She was previously a medical ethicist at Stanford University, a health consultant to national foundations, and an Instructor in Women and Health at the University of Colorado.

 

Robin directs 40plus Integrative Health in Blue Hill, Maine, which targets the specific physical and mental health issues of individuals traversing midlife and beyond.  Her workshops, research, and writing focus on the particular life stage of being in one's 50's, 60's, and 70's when one feels "More Older Than Young (aka M.O.T.Y), but not yet Elder".  

 

Robin is a professor of both Ecotoxicology and Climate Change and Eco-psychological Applications at Viridis Graduate Institute (www.Viridis.edu).  In alternating years, she leads ReCalibrate Camps for people 50 -80 (www.ReCalibrateCamp.com).

 

Robin's mission is to integrate science, nature, depth psychology, art and story, anatomy and movement as a means to be healthy and fully human in the second half of life.
