Robin Saltonstall, PhD, RYT
Integrative Health Specialist for the Second Half of Life
Integrative Coaching for Midlife Transitioning and Beyond
"Being in our 50's, 60's, and 70's is a unique time of passage in which we are neither 'young' nor elder. It is a time "between" in which we hone ourselves into a finer work of art, using the colors of our previous experiences and the inspiration of our growing awareness of the connectedness of all life."
Robin holds an interdisciplinary PhD in Integrative Health with a specialization in Women, Health, and Healing from the University of CA, San Francisco Medical School. She is a Duke University trained Integrative Medicine Health Coach, a registered yoga therapist, and completed her Post-Graduate Certificate in Holistic Science at Schumacher College, England in 2014. She was previously a medical ethicist at Stanford University, a health consultant to national foundations, and an Instructor in women and health issues at the University of Colorado.
Robin directs 40plus Integrative Health in Boulder, CO, which targets the specific physical and mental health issues of individuals traversing midlife and beyond. Robin is also a professor of Epidemiology, Ecotoxicology, and Climate Change at Viridis Graduate Institute (). In alternating years, she leads ReCalibrate Camps for people 50 -80 ().
